How to Apply

Follow the steps below to apply for admission to any of our programmes.

Choose Your Programme

Review our available programmes and confirm you meet the entry requirements for your chosen level. Visit the Programmes page for details.

Obtain an Application Form

Collect an application form from the VLTC admissions office in Mpwapwa or contact us to request a form by post or email. Forms are also available online during open application periods.

Complete and Submit the Form

Fill in the application form accurately and attach all required documents (see list below). Submit the completed form to the Admissions Office in person, by post, or by email.

Pay Application Fee

Pay the non-refundable application processing fee of TZS 20,000/=. Retain your payment receipt as proof of payment.

Await Selection Results

Shortlisted candidates will be notified by phone or letter. Selected students will receive an admission letter with details on reporting date, required items, and fee payment schedule.

Register & Pay Fees

Upon admission, complete registration by paying the required tuition and accommodation fees within the stated deadline. For detailed fee information, contact the Bursary Office or log in to the Student Portal.

Required Documents

Completed Application Form
Certified copies of academic certificates (CSEE, ACSEE, or previous diploma)
Certified copy of birth certificate or national ID
Two (2) recent passport-size photographs
Application fee payment receipt (TZS 20,000/=)
Medical fitness certificate (may be required upon admission)
