Visele Livecrop Skills Training Centre (VLTC) is a registered technical and vocational education institution located in Mpwapwa District, Dodoma Region, Tanzania. The Centre offers accredited programmes in Animal Health and Production, providing hands-on skills that bridge the gap between theory and practice.

Our mission is to produce competent, gender-equal, and market-ready graduates who contribute meaningfully to the agricultural sector in Tanzania and beyond. We are proud to be registered with both NACTE (National Accreditation Council for Technical Education) and VETA (Vocational Education and Training Authority).
